UK - Orders within the UK are sent using your choice of postage method.

Royal Mail First Class – This is normally the lowest cost form of postage. Orders received by 3pm will, where possible, be dispatched same day. Delivery typically takes 1-2 days but is not guaranteed. With this postage method you have no insurance or guarantee and if the goods should go missing in the post Fast Lad Performance is not liable for the loss.

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded – Only a little bit more expensive than 1st class. Orders received by 3pm will, where possible, be dispatched same day. Delivery typically takes 1-2 days but is not guaranteed. It’s not a guaranteed service, but you do get insurance of up to £32 If the item should go missing the post office is liable up to £32.00 and you are liable for the remainder.

UK Special Delivery - If you require your parts urgently or want a guaranteed service please select Special Delivery at checkout. Providing your order has been received and paid for by 2pm it will be dispatched the same day using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which guarantees arrival by 1pm the next working day (may take longer for remote areas of Scotland). Insurance cover up to £500 is standard with special delivery.

Standard rate courier – For £9.00 we offer a courier service. This is next day to most parts of the UK but is only guaranteed to be 1-2 days. It’s not available for Saturday morning delivery. Insurance is up to £2500 and it’s a signed for service.

Europe - Orders for Europe (including the Republic of Ireland) are sent Airmail and typically take around 3 days for Western Europe and 4 days for Eastern Europe. Delivery times are quoted as working days and don’t include weekends or bank holidays.

Rest of World - Overseas orders are shipped Airmail and can take around 5-10 days to arrive.

In the unlikely event of goods requiring to be returned we have established a returns procedure which has been designed to cause you minimum inconvenience. 

1.0        Suspected faulty Item

      Speak to a experienced member of staff on 44(0)1226 281177 or orders@fast-lad.co.uk . Items which are faulty must be returned within the warranty period (3-12 months standard warranty for most products, please check).

      If the item is diagnosed faulty by our technicians, we will do our best to provide a replacement within 3-5 working days providing the item is in stock.

2.0        Item missing or incorrect item sent

      Should you receive goods that do not correspond with the description of the ordered goods then you should contact Customer Services on 44(0)1226 281177 or orders@fast-lad.co.uk within 3 working days of receiving the order.

3.0        Signing for goods

      All items must be checked on delivery before signing for the item. If the item looks damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact our Customer Services department on 44(0)1226 281177 or orders@fast-lad.co.uk

4.0        Damaged item

      For mail order goods only. In the event that you receive a damaged item, speak to Customer Services on 44(0)1226 281177 or orders@fast-lad.co.uk within 72 hours of receiving the order. A replacement will not be sent until the damaged item has been returned and inspected.

5.0        Unwanted Or Incompatible Goods

      If you purchased the goods online and are a consumer (a private person buying for their personal use) then you may cancel your purchase at any time within 7 days of receipt by informing Fast Lad Performance Ltd in writing (email, fax or letter) and we will give you a refund of the price paid. It is a pre-condition to our acceptance of these unwanted goods that they are returned in an unused condition, complete and in a re-saleable condition (at your own cost).

      In order to return the goods to us you must firstly notify Customer Services on 44(0)1226 281177 or orders@fast-lad.co.uk with your intent.

      The return will be authorized once the reason for return has been established, you should then return the goods at your own cost and risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items reach us safely and in a satisfactory condition. We recommend that you take out insurance cover and that the goods should be sent by recorded or registered post or with a reputable courier. We cannot accept any liability for goods that are damaged in transit and would recommend that you ensure that the goods are sufficiently packaged to prevent this from happening.

6.0        When returning Items

      All returned items must be in original packaging. Fast Lad Performance Ltd will not be liable for any damage to items that are not adequately packaged and damaged in transit to Fast Lad Performance Ltd.

            Please ensure that you enclose:

      Your original order number

              Details of why you are returning the item

              All packaging, manuals and cables.
