"Dear Sirs, We have bought some minor items from you. Service was always excellent. We called you to-day, some one answered the phone within TEN SECONDS!!! You are THE ONE EXCEPTION that proves the rule Britain ain't what it used to be: UK outfits claim to have phoneservice, but phones that are NEVER answered are no phones, so it is a BLATANT LIE. XXXX advertises 30 minute e-mail answering. After three mails and 10.625 (tenthousandsixhundedandtwentyfive) minutes we still have no answer. So no doubt their advertising is FRAUDULENT. XXXXX does not honour its written warranty, you do not even get an answer in 4 months. We believe you will have the tremendous success you deserve.
